    Mechanical Properties

It is widely used in the manufacture of advanced castings such as crankshafts, gears, pistons and various mechanical parts. The Haff joint accuracy is relatively high, generally reaching CT4-6 (CT10~13 for sand casting and CT5~7 for die casting). Of course, due to the complex process of investment casting, there are many factors that affect the dimensional accuracy of the Haff joint, such as shrinkage of the mold material, deformation of the investment mold, linear changes of the mold shell during heating and cooling, shrinkage rate of the alloy, and deformation of the casting during solidification. Therefore, although the dimensional accuracy of ordinary investment casting is high, its consistency still needs to be improved. Improve the dimensional consistency of castings using medium and high temperature wax materials significantly.

    Haval joint sealing ring belongs to the field of pipeline repair technology, specifically involving a Haval joint sealing ring, which includes sealing rings set on both sides. The sealing rings are connected to each other by a first sealing strip and a second sealing strip. The position of the first sealing strip after being symmetrical about the central axis of the sealing ring is different from that of the second sealing strip, that is, the first sealing strip and the second sealing strip are not symmetrical about the central axis of the sealing ring. The setting of the Haval joint sealing ring makes the first sealing strip and the second sealing strip not completely close to each other or not close to each other when installed in opposition. The sealing effect of the sealing strip is achieved through the structural cooperation between the sealing strip and the Haval joint shell. Thus, the cooperation between the shell and the sealing strip greatly improves the high pressure resistance and water hammer resistance of the Haval joint, Ensured the sealing performance of the Haff joint.
